A. Campaign Period & Eligibility

1. BRAND’S® ‘SHAKE OFF TIREDNESS, KEEPS YOU GOING’ Campaign (“Campaign”) is organized by Suntory Beverage & Food Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (the “Organizer”). The Campaign will start from 1st May 2024 to 30th June 2024 ("Campaign Period").

2. This Campaign is open to all citizens and permanent residents of Malaysia ("Participants") who are eighteen (18) years of age or older with a valid MyKad, except for employees of the Organizer, advertising agents, public relations agents and promotional providers of the Organizer, including their immediate family members (spouse, children, parents, siblings, and their spouses).

3. The Organizer reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions of the Campaign and/or the Campaign Period at any time.

4. Participants are eligible to participate in this Campaign with every purchase of BRAND’S® Essence of Chicken products in a single receipt ("Proof of Purchase'') in any store, supermarket, pharmacy and hypermarket during this Campaign Period. The original (printed) receipt indicating the date of purchase from 1st May 2024 to 30th June 2024 must be kept by the Participant for verification purposes (if necessary) and as Proof of Purchase.

5. Participants can enter the Campaign through the following steps:

  1. Participants must purchase BRAND’S® Essence of Chicken products in any store, supermarket, pharmacy and hypermarket during the Campaign Period.
  2. Participants must keep ALL original (printed) receipts as Proof of Purchase. Only a valid and dated original (printed) receipt within the Campaign Period will be accepted as a qualifying entry (“Qualified Entry”). Each Qualified Entry may only contain one (1) receipt. Receipts cannot be combined in each Qualified Entry.
  3. Participants will need to send a clear and full image of the purchase receipt via WhatsApp to 010 918 2368 or scan the QR code printed in Campaign advertisement linking to myideascontest.com/BRANDSNCP2024.
    • For purchases from Watsons, send a WhatsApp to 010 918 2368 to join. Upload receipt and fill up required details for fulfilment process.
    • For purchases from other retailers, scan QR code to redemption website, upload receipt and fill up required details for fulfilment process.

6. Incomplete entries, late, tampered receipt or without a valid Proof of Purchase will not be accepted. All entries must be submitted to the Organizer before or by 30th June 2024. Entries will be considered invalid if the Participant sends a 'Disappearing Message' through the WhatsApp application and the receipt image disappears within the time specified by the Participant.

7. Participants may submit more than one (1) entry but each entry must be accompanied by a new Proof of Purchase. Each receipt can be used only One (1) time to redeem One (1) redemption prize. Submission of entry will be disqualified if the same receipt is used and/or submitted more than One (1) time. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any submission with duplicated Proof of Purchase.

B. Prizes

1. A total of 195 units of contest prizes / 3800 of ­redemption prizes are allocated for this Campaign.

Redemption Prizes:

  • 1300 x Prize Redemption A (for purchases of RM250 and above)
  • Neoflam Master Frypan Pan (24cm) worth RM189 each
  • 1300 x Prize Redemption B (for purchases of RM150 and above)
  • Neoflam CLIK Glass Container (500ml) worth RM69.90 each
  • 1200 x Touch ‘n Go Reload (for purchases of RM50 and above)
  • RM5 Touch ‘n Go Reload

Exclusive contest prizes (with a minimum purchase worth RM250 of BRAND’S Essence of Chicken) at selected retailers: 99 Speedmart, BIG, Caring, Guardian, Watsons.

Redemption Prizes Terms & Conditions

  1. For purchases of BRAND’S® Essence of Chicken products worth RM50 and above, Participants will have the opportunity to redeem a RM5 Touch ’n Go Reload (limited to 3 claims per Participant during the Campaign Period), stocks / units are limited to only first 1200 valid redemption claims. RM5 Touch ’n Go Reload will be processed within 10 working days (upon verification of the purchase receipt received from the Participant).
  2. For purchases of BRAND’S® Essence of Chicken products worth RM150 and above, Participants will have the opportunity to redeem a Neoflam CLIK Glass Container (500ml) product worth RM69.90 (limited to 1 redemption per Participant during the Campaign Period), stocks / units are limited to only first 1300 valid redemption claims.
  3. For purchases of BRAND’S® Essence of Chicken products worth RM250 and above, Participants will have the opportunity to redeem a Neoflam Master Frypan Pan product (24cm) worth RM189 (limited to 1 redemption per Participant during the Campaign Period), stocks / units are limited to only first 1300 valid redemption claims).
  4. Each Participant with valid MyKad can redeem up to a maximum of five (5) redemption prizes during the Campaign Period.
  5. Upon successful redemption, items will be couriered to the shopper with a notice sent via WhatsApp on the status and courier tracking number.

Contest Prizes Terms & Conditions

  1. Participants who have submitted a Qualified Entry will have a chance to win the NeoFlam Fika Reserve Set worth RM889 each (limited to 50 units only) or one (1) of the 145 exclusive prizes (from selected retailers). Each Qualified Entry is considered as one (1) chance in the Contest. Each Participant with valid MyKad can only win up to one (1) contest prize.
  2. The winners of the Neoflam Fika Reserve Set and the Exclusive contest prizes will be selected based on the following process:

At the end of the Campaign Period, a total of 50 Participants will be selected for the Neoflam Fika Reserve Set and a total 145 Participants will be selected from purchases via their respective retailers, for the Exclusive contest prizes via a computerized randomizer process (the “Shortlisted Participants”). The Shortlisted Participants will need to answer one question accurately to win the Contest Prize.
        • Contest question: BRAND’S® Essence of Chicken gives you energy. YES / NO
  4. The Shortlisted Participants will be contacted within 4 to 6 weeks after the end of the Campaign Period during office hours (Monday – Friday between 9.00 am – 5.00pm) and notified accordingly if they are the winners of the Contest.

8. All prizes must be claimed within 30 days of the date of the notification to the winners. Any unclaimed prizes will be forfeited. Any expenses at the time of the prize redemption will be the responsibility of the winners.

9. If the Organizer is unable to contact the winner after 3 attempts within 3 days of the notification date, the Organizer reserves the right to select the next eligible participant as the campaign winner.

10. If there is a situation where the winner claims that he / she did not receive any notification, the notification posted on the Organizer’s social media page on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/BrandsMalaysia/) will be deemed adequate and sufficient as notification to the winner.

Prizes Terms & Conditions

11. All Participants must comply with the Terms & Conditions issued by the Organizer to be eligible for any prize.

12. All prizes are given "as is" and cannot be exchanged for credit, cash, other goods or voucher, in part or in whole.

13. Any expenses for participation in this Campaign and/or redemption of prizes (if required) is the responsibility of the Participant.

14. Notwithstanding any of the above, upon receipt of an entry, as the case may be, the Organiser shall reserve the right to request for further evidence in the processing of the entry including the original Proof of Purchase (hardcopy) and the identification documents for verification prior to the delivery of the prizes. Failure to produce any of the foregoing documents within the stipulated time frame will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prizes.

C. Rights of the Organizer

1. By participating in this Campaign, Participants agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions. The decision of the Organiser is final. Any letters, enquiries, appeal or protest will not be entertained. Participants hereby agree that no action will be taken against the Organiser.

2. By participating in this Campaign, Participants give permission to the Organiser and/or any third-party agents elected by Organiser ("Agency") to process the Participants' personal data, which is provided through the Campaign’s entries for redemption purposes.

3. Each Participant agrees to the collection, use, processing and disclosure of personal information, and represents and warrants that all information provided is true and accurate in all respects. Each Participant, who has indicated in their entry that he/she agrees to being contacted by the Organiser and/or the Agency for promotional, marketing and/or publicity purposes, agrees that the Organiser may, for a reasonable period of time, unless advised otherwise, use such information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or making telephone calls to Participants.

4. Values of prizes are accurate at the time of printing. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes with that of similar value at any time at their absolute discretion without prior notice.

5. Prize(s) which are lost or damaged during the delivery process are not replaceable and the Organiser does not have any obligations to replace or fulfill these lost or damaged prizes.

6. The Organiser reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Participant that is found or suspected of tampering with the submission process, or the operation of the Campaign whether by fraud, cheating or deception, and the Organiser reserves the right to pursue legal action against any individual it believes has undertaken fraudulent activities or other activities harmful to the Campaign.

7. The Organiser will not assume responsibility or liability for any Prize / product / voucher / e-voucher and expressly excludes and rejects any statement, warranty or endorsement, implied or written, written or oral, regarding the Prizes / product / voucher / e-voucher offered under this Campaign, including but not limited to guarantees of quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or use, health and safety.

8. Participants will assume full liability in case of any injury, loss, claim, or accident [including loss of life] resulting from participation in the Campaign and/or use of their prizes.

9. If this Campaign is interrupted in any way or cannot be conducted as reasonably expected for reasons beyond the reasonable control of the Organiser, then the Organiser reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to change the terms and conditions of this Campaign, postpone, terminate or cancel the Campaign, if required, without prior notice.

10. The Organiser excludes its responsibilities and all liabilities arising from any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes or modification to the Prizes due to any other unforeseen circumstances beyond the Organiser’s control such as governmental interference, civil commotion, riot, war, strikes, act of terrorism (including but not limited to any act of violence, hostility, national emergency, occurrence of any epidemic/pandemic outbreaks) and for any act or default by any third-party suppliers or vendors.

11. Each Participant agrees to indemnify, release and hold harmless each of the Organiser, its holding, subsidiary or related companies as defined in the Companies Act 2016, directors, officers, employees, agents, sponsors and/or representatives against any and all losses, rights, claims, actions and damages (including special, indirect and consequential damages) arising from or incurred as a result of the Participant’s participation in the Campaign, acceptance of any Prize, and/or the use of the Participant’s entry and/or likeness in connection with the Campaign or violation of the Terms and Conditions.

D. Data Privacy Notice

Dear Participants,

Please note the Organiser requires your personal information in order to process your participation in the Campaign, without which we will not be able to process your entry.

Participant agrees that the personal data given is obligatory and all incomplete entries will render the participation void.

The personal data collected from Participants will be used for this Campaign to process entries in the Campaign and the redemption of prizes.

Participants, who have indicated in their entry that he/she agrees to being contacted by the Organiser and/or the Agency for promotional, marketing and/or publicity purposes, agree that the Organiser may, for a reasonable period of time, unless advised otherwise, use such information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or making telephone calls to Participants.

Participants agree that:

(a) Individual's personal data will be disclosed to an elected Agency for processing; and

(b) Individual’s personal data will be validated upon confirming the winners and if there are changes to the personal data, the Individual is required to update the Organizer.

To the extent that the applicable law allows, you have the right to request for access to, request for a copy of, request to update or correct, your personal information held by us.
